Terms of service
The rules that govern your use of this site and orders placed through it.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or ordering from MANIESTA LABEL (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors
- Limit quantities per customer or per order
- Require additional verification before dispatching high-value orders
You'll receive an email confirmation when we accept your order. This confirmation is not a guarantee of dispatch - final acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched from our studio.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes don't affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch, except for cash-on-delivery orders which are paid at the point of delivery.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order is handed to our courier, delivery is subject to their timelines and any events outside our control (weather, strikes, customs for international orders).
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll work with the courier to resolve it - see our shipping page for details.
Returns
Our return policy is described on the returns page and forms part of these Terms. Pieces must be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, tagged condition.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site - including photography, product designs, copy, the MANIESTA name and logo, and the site's code and layout - is the property of MANIESTA LABEL and its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site
- Impersonate MANIESTA LABEL or any of its representatives
- Submit false information, including fake names, addresses, or payment details
Limitation of liability
MANIESTA LABEL is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Errors or omissions in product descriptions or photography
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
