Shipping

Delivery areas

We currently ship to every city and town in Pakistan through our logistics partners. Deliveries are made to home and office addresses, Monday through Saturday.

We do not deliver to PO boxes. If you're in a remote area where couriers don't have street-level coverage, enter your nearest pickup point at checkout and we'll arrange delivery there.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our Karachi studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery time from dispatch depends on your city:

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays. We'll notify you if we expect a delay on your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

• Free standard delivery on all orders over Rs. 5,000.
• Standard delivery on orders under Rs. 5,000: Rs. 250 flat rate anywhere in Pakistan.
• Express delivery (where available): Rs. 600 flat rate.
• Cash on delivery (COD): Rs. 150 handling fee on top of the shipping cost.

Cash on delivery

We accept cash on delivery for orders up to Rs. 20,000. The courier will collect payment when the order is delivered. Please have exact change ready - riders don't always carry change for large notes.

COD is not available for orders that include international shipping or for repeat customers with a history of refused deliveries.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number as soon as it leaves our studio. You'll receive it by email and SMS. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch - if you don't see movement after two days, reach out to care@manieste.example and we'll chase it for you.

International shipping

International shipping is not yet automated on the site. If you're outside Pakistan and want to order, email care@manieste.example with the pieces you'd like and your delivery address. We'll send you a custom quote for shipping and any applicable duties within one business day.

International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes in their destination country.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window:

1. Check the tracking link sent to your email.
2. Contact the courier directly using the tracking number - sometimes a delivery attempt was made when you weren't home.
3. If the courier can't locate the parcel after 48 hours, email us at care@manieste.example with your order number.

Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full at our discretion, once the courier has confirmed the loss. This typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of the report.
